How to Save a Page as PDF

  • Archival Survival no longer provides a 'static' PDF product catalogue download; instead we offer dynamically loaded product data tables that provide up-to-date information on the moment of viewing. Please follow the steps below to view product data and save as a PDF.

  • You can save a webpage as a PDF on a Windows or Apple computer using any installed web browser, including Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox.

  • To save any webpage as a PDF, you will need to access the browser’s Print menu and select “Save as PDF” or “Microsoft Print to PDF” for your printing destination.

How to save a products listing webpage as a PDF on Windows in Google Chrome

1. Open the webpage you want to save
 - select a data table icons from the website sidebar menu (to choose your product category), wait for the page to load, then click 'print-friendly' to remove the website sidebar menu - you are now ready to make a PDF product list.


2. In the top right corner of the screen, click the three dots to bring down the browser menu.

3. From the dropdown menu, choose “Print.”

4. The Print settings window will appear. Select the first dropdown menu, labelled “Destination.”

5. Change the destination to “Save as PDF.”

6. Click Save and wait for the “Save As” window to appear.

7. Name the file, select the file destination, and then click “Save.”


How to save a webpage as a PDF on Windows in Microsoft Edge

1. Open the webpage you want to save

1. Open the webpage you want to save
 - select a data table icons from the website sidebar menu (to choose your product category), wait for the page to load, then click 'print-friendly' to remove the website sidebar menu - you are now ready to make a PDF product list.

2. In the top right corner of the screen, select three horizontal lines to open the browser menu.

3. From the dropdown menu, choose “Print.”

4. The Print settings window will appear. Select “Microsoft Print to PDF” from the list of printer options.

Note: Firefox doesn’t include a built-in PDF printer, so you may need to use an extension if Microsoft Print isn’t appearing.

5. Select “Print.”

6. Name the file, select the file destination, and then click “Save.”
